Precise Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Scheduler who is intimately familiar with MS Project. The team consists of Government and contractor personnel. Meetings will periodically take place on Dahlgren Naval base and Prime Dahlgren office, but technical work will primarily occur in either our Fredericksburg or Dahlgren office (not on base). 1-2 days of telework per week is possible.


Duties:



  • Create and maintain detailed TTWCS project schedules using Microsoft Project software. Work with TTWCS Project Leads and Technical Leads to ensure all tasks are sequenced correctly and interdependencies are identified.
  • Track project progress against the schedule, communicating any potential delays with the Project Leads.
  • Provide regular updates to TTWCS Project Leads and Technical Leads about project status and any changes in the schedule. Reach out to task owners to obtain completion percentages and status updates. Work with government personnel to provide schedule slides for recurring SDA meetings.
  • Work closely with TTWCS Project Leads, Technical Leads, and team members to coordinate tasks.
  • Identify potential risks that could impact project timelines and work with government personnel to ensure risks are documented.


Required Experience:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Project - A minimum of 3 years of Proven MS Project Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting


Required Education:



  • High School Diploma


Must hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
