Be part of a legacy of excellence and growth with sg360! Our company is seeking a Die cutter for 1st shift (6am-2pm). They will be responsible for performing manual and machine operator tasks related to the set-up, maintenance and operations of the Bobst Die Cutter. This individual will be responsible for the safety of crew, quantitative and qualitative die cutter performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for set up and operation of Bobst die cut equipment to accurately product to customer specifications. Maintains general knowledge and understanding of die cutting processes and equipment. Follows all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job and position Performs routine adjustments during the press run and maintains production throughout the run Ensure information is communicated between shifts Performs all assigned work effectively and on schedule Keeps work area neat and clean Performs other job duties as assigned Ensure company safety quality and production standards are met Ability to stand eight plus hours per day Ability to work overtime Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Experience 1-3 years of experience in die cutting operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and quality control Requirements In depth knowledge of mechanics and capabilities of die cutting press Strong mechanical aptitude/skills Requires experience running, troubleshooting and quality control Ability to work under minimal supervision Understand technical written (and verbal) instructions, setup the die cutter and carry out instructions Strong math and computer skills required Physical Requirements & Work Environment Occasional bending, reaching, twisting and stooping Ability to stand 8 to 12 hours May be exposed to hot/humid and/or duty work environment May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors SG360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
