Description Role: Consumer Loan Officers work with members to provide them with a wide variety of consumer loan products. This position is responsible for recommending and cross-servicing financial products and services to advance Blaze's growth objectives. Consumer Loan Officer's must also exemplify superior member service and build positive member relationships. This position also acts as a resource to the entire organization and members by displaying knowledge and expertise in the financial services field. This position will be located in our St Paul location and must be able available for rotations to work until 6 on Friday and Saturdays until noon. Major Duties and Responsibilities

Communication Skills Ability to proactively respond to members/associates to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal associates and members on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $23.81 - $29.76. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement. |
