Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative I

Location: Auburn
Hourly Rate: $18.00-$21.50 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:30-6:30 & Saturday 8:00-5:00

What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, mail, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Update customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about our latest products, promotions, and services.
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a fun, respectful work environment.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (or similar environment).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating computer systems.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with us!
Physical & Work Environment
  • You'll be on your feet often, interacting with customers and team members.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required.
  • Moderate noise level in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
