Job Description The Postdoctoral Research Associate will contribute to externally funded (NIH and PCORI currently) research on a range of topics related to health disparities. Current topics and populations of focus include effects of Medicaid 1115 Waivers on pediatric healthcare quality and utilization in Massachusetts, implementation of depression screening and treatment in renal dialysis facilities, and arts-based participatory action research focused on LGBTQIA+ youth mental health. The Postdoctoral Research Associate responsibilities will include assisting Dr. Goff and the research team in quantitative and qualitative data collection and/or analysis, supporting Dr. Goff in preparation of grant proposals that are largely focused on healthcare quality and health disparities for women and children, writing scientific papers, literature reviews, and community engagement. Responsibilities may require indirect supervision of undergraduate research assistants working on the same team on a project as the Postdoctoral Research Associate. Requirements
