Zayo is seeking a high-performing Product Manager with a strong foundation in business, operations, or engineering and a proven ability to drive high performance and deliver results in a cross-functional team. This role is ideal for top performers with the right mix of Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, or Operations experience who are looking to transition into a business leadership role and are ready to own key product features or services with measurable business impact. Above all, you are a customer advocate, motivated by solving real customer problems and building intuitive, high-impact solutions. You'll lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, define go-to-market strategy, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution, adoption, and long-term business value. This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Qualifications
Estimated base salary range: $87,500 - $125,000 USD/annually. The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
