Maintenance Technician

• Communicates with Site Lead to coordinate service needs and oversee subcontractors
• Performs general repairs including walls, floors, doors, painting, and touch-ups
• Maintains and repairs plumbing systems including toilets, urinals, valves, and sensors
• Operates and maintains air handling and HVAC equipment, including filter changes and coil cleaning
• Follows a strict preventative maintenance (PM) schedule
• Completes corrective maintenance work orders for plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general repairs
• Monitors building automation systems to ensure proper equipment function and temperature control

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or trade school preferred (relevant work experience may substitute)
• Minimum of 5 years of facility maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with teams and customers
• Capable of performing general maintenance tasks
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and report writing
