The Manager of Outpatient Scheduling must be able to multitask in a fast-paced department. Responsibilities will include the daily operations of the Central Scheduling Department. Acts as a resource not only to the Outpatient Scheduling staff but to all scheduling areas in LMHS. In addition to being a resource, the manager will be responsible for assisting with training of personnel at all levels of the organization as needed.

Education: 2 years formal education or training beyond high school or has previous management experience. Associate Degree preferred.

Experience: 2 years scheduling experience required; management experience preferred.

Certification: N/A

License: N/A

Other: Computer skills, medical terminology required. Project management skills and analytical skills are helpful. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to use scheduling software. Good organizational skills, communication and team building skills.
