General Job Description MPR is seeking a Human Resources Technology Specialist to become an integral member of a talented team. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and has a hands-on role in the day-to-day human resources activities, working with all members of the HR team and other managers. The primary duties will fall in several functional areas: payroll support, employment law compliance, operational HR processes, and overseeing human resources technology and processes for efficient data management and reporting. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual that takes ownership of their tasks to develop a broad range of human resources experience with a team of highly motivated employees. Responsibilities of this position are complex, requiring a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, independent judgment, and initiative. This is an ideal position for an experienced Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Specialist who is a quick learner and wants to take ownership of systems and processes in HR. This is a full-time, exempt position in MPR's Alexandria, VA, office. Duties/Responsibilities
Serve as the administrator for the HRIS (UKG Pro), Talent Management System (iCIMS), and Learning Management System (Cornerstone). Make recommendations to improve functionality, including automation, and ensure compliance.
