Job Description

Position Description:



This position is responsible for the design and development of a diverse set of learning and development programs and materials. This position supports instructional design and delivery at the enterprise level. Develop training for associates and leaders at all levels of the company. Use creativity of thought to identify the best delivery method to match the need; this could include in-person training, e-Learning, training materials, etc. Success in this role will require the ability to build relationships quickly and establish strong credibility. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to communicate with people at varying levels of the organization will be important. This role will have a key focus as the system administrator for the LMS (Learning Management Systems).



Position Location:


This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.



What you do:



  • Act as system administrator for Learning Management System (LMS). Assign courses via LMS and monitor completion of those courses as required for compliance purposes
  • Collaborate and consult with business line leaders to understand identified training and development needs and determine the best training delivery method relative to the need.
  • Establish learning objectives and create knowledge check or assessment questions including situational or scenario-based questions that contribute to mastery of learning objectives.
  • Determine the best visual communication layout and design for training materials to enhance the learning and development of employees.
  • Connect with HR Business Partners serving internal clients and subject matter experts to understand their needs, determine optimal learning, and development strategies.
  • Establish and communicate reporting metrics and project dashboards which provide quantifiable gauges regarding the delivery, effectiveness, and alignment of training programs.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of internally branded leadership development program.


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the areas of instructional design, learning, talent development, or training required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience working with enterprise learning management system(s) desired. Specific experience with ADP LMS is especially desired.
  • Experience in a corporate (enterprise) training setting desired.
  • Experience creating eLearning materials specifically using the "Articulate" tool desired.

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
