Purpose:


Provide support in administrative tasks, projects and processes within the Global Functions HR Department. Support and assist the Human Resources Management in undertaking all HR related duties to ensure we are delivering best in class HR support and quality service to our business partners. Partner closely with assigned leaders to ensure HR programs are implemented and supported thoughtfully and in accordance with HR policies.






Key Accountabilities:




  • Support HR projects including, but not limited to: compiling reports, manage inbound and outbound employee transfers, evaluating data and proposing actions, recruitment analysis, and system updates + accuracy






  • May support the organization in execution of trainings, events, presentations and meetings. This may include planning content, presenting, NEO's, and other logistics.






  • Perform research for special assignments and prepare PowerPoint or other presentations accordingly.






  • Participate as team member on multi-disciplinary projects that utilize various parts of the HR organization, including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent management and Training.






  • Provide input to help identify and improve systems and procedures within the department to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.






  • Provide follow-up within the team on department-wide projects that require team involvement and report outcomes.






  • Drive process optimization initiatives and related administrative work that creates efficencies for the broader HR team.






  • Partner closely with assigned leaders to ensure HR programs are implemented and supported thoughtfully and in accordance with HR policies.






  • As needed, may require providing HR guidance to employee population on people related matters.

Qualifications:




  • Four-year college or university degree, preferably with emphasis in Human Resource Management, Business or related area






  • Twoyears related experience






  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience many be substituted for degree

Flexibility for one remote workday per week may be considered based on role responsibilities or team needs The working location of this position is Wilkes-Barre, PA.
