Job Description
The Vehicle Inspector Apprentice will perform inspections on incoming vehicles to detect damage, missing parts, and mechanical or electrical issues. This role is responsible for preparing detailed condition reports, repair/replacement cost estimates, and supporting documentation. Key Responsibilities

Compensation Hourly base pay rate: $18.64 per hour This rate may vary within the anticipated range based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a quarterly incentive program after Level 1 certification. Work Schedule First 90 days: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (hours may vary) After 90 days (Level 1 Certification & Insight Work Instruction completion): - Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Drug Testing Policy Pre-employment drug screening is required (excluding marijuana). USD 13.37 - 20.00 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $13.37 - $20.00/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
