The Revenue Cycle Systems Specialist is responsible for CPR+ and Waystar user and site setups. The RCM Systems Analyst creates and maintains payer and pricing setups in CPR+ and Waystar to ensure payers are added, billed, transmitted, and paid, free from material errors or unnecessary human intervention. This position manages user logins for payer portals. This position will manage a contract and fee schedule database that will be a reference tool for all company employees. This position is responsible for performing Waystar functions and will assist in the setup and data migration for newly acquired branches. Finally, this position adheres to security policies about user setups and responds to security audit requests accordingly.

As the user administrator for CPR+ access, maintains users and responds to security audit requests
• Creates and maintains CPR+ price matrices and communicates changes to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and field staff
• Creates and maintains payers in CPR+, reviewing for additions, changes, and proper utilization
• Maintains Amerita's contract and fee schedule database
• Manages user access for payer portals as the primary administrator
• Works closely with RCM staff to research revenue adjustments to identify opportunities to adjust CPR+ pricing tables to accurately book revenue
• Maintains all company Pop Up files in CPR+ and work with specific utility menu files
• Completes CPR+ site setups and maintenance as needed
• As the user administrator for Waystar, maintains users and performs other functions, including ERA/EFT enrollments, patients' statements, payer enrollments, troubleshooting for rejections, credit card transaction setup, payer override setup and eligibility setup
• Assists with acquisitions through site setup, user setup, payer crosswalk, creation of payers and price matrices, collection of contracts and fee schedules and Waystar setup
• Understands and adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations and company policies

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business, Healthcare Information Systems or Computer Science a plus
• Solid knowledge of CPR+ software preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Solid technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot systems issues
• Exceptional internal and external customer service and written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to independently research and interpret information
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
