The Opportunity

As Performance Media Manager you will be accountable for driving acquisition and engagement programs for Adobe's Document Cloud products. We are a group who values data and creativity equally, continuously seeking the best of left and right brain approaches.

In this critical role, you'll focus on crafting innovative performance media programs and relevant customer experiences to drive acquisition of new customers. Your challenge is to develop a performance media strategy and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR). You'll be helping to craft customer marketing strategy on CTV, programmatic media, paid social, and other advertising platforms. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns, experiments and efficiency measurement with Campaign Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Adobe Studio, Business Unit, and Web teams.

What you'll Do
  • Plan and optimize paid media campaigns to support and scale customer acquisition, and meet quarterly targets
  • Serve as a paid media subject matter expert providing recommendations and advice on standard methodologies internally
  • Partner with analytics team to propose, design, and carry out experiments to find new approaches to boost paid media conversion
  • Drive internal innovation and vision using your knowledge of the media landscape
  • Continuously test creative and placements
  • Contribute to an audience management strategy and playbook, making full use of first-party data
What you need to succeed
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent the team with integrity and self-sufficiency
  • Proven expertise in performance media, across CTV, Programmatic Display, and Paid Social
  • Ability to learn our technology, products, and systems quickly
  • Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify relevant trends, pursue the most important questions, and take action
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Ability to plan, manage and work on multiple projects and schedules
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and a focus on meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear communicator to deliver POVs with solid rationale
  • Ambition to grow with the company and take on more responsibility
Experience
  • 5+ years of digital media experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
