Overview:

This role involves handling, assembling, organizing, and documenting components used in medical devices for endoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, consistent reliability, and excellent fine motor skills. Working as part of a small team in an ISO 8 cleanroom environment, the technician will help ensure that quality and productivity targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately identify and organize the correct components for assembly, maintaining a high level of precision.
  • Manually assemble intricate mechanical and medical parts under cleanroom conditions, following all required manufacturing specifications.
  • Apply appropriate adhesives and primers during assembly, ensuring accurate documentation of LOT numbers.
  • Sanitize and disinfect the workstation at the beginning of each shift, during operations, and on a scheduled basis to prevent contamination.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of the cleanroom environment according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate verification records to uphold the highest product quality standards.
  • Print daily work orders and assemble necessary components to meet production targets.
  • Monitor stock levels of parts and consumables to avoid disruptions in production.
  • Carry out general facility tasks as directed by the Production Manager or other leadership.
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure the accuracy and integrity of assembled products.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve personal work processes and contribute to overall process optimization.
  • Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety regulations and using required protective equipment.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
