About the Role In this opportunity you will: * Develop executable strategies that take advantage of our current strengths and position us for long-term customer success * Deliver new customer and market insights to the business, ultimately influencing key stakeholders and driving new courses of action * Spend significant time with customers and non-customers * Effectively partner and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Market Research, Segment Leadership) to drive alignment to strategies and completion of corresponding tactics * Participate in longer range strategic thinking on product development priorities to meet the needs of our various customers * Truly understand the voice of the customer to refine and clarify value propositions to specific personas / use cases / customer types / etc. * Drive product innovation in close partnership with multiple teams and functions * Seek out, analyze, and synthesize data, both internal and external, to bring fresh insights * Demonstrate and build expertise on key propositions and industry trends; be viewed as a thought leader in the risk and fraud space * Make an impact by delivering sales enablement content that speaks to our customers * About You You're a fit for the role if you: * Bring experience from the legal and risk and fraud industries, specifically serving public agencies (Highly Preferred) * Have 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred * Have a desire to test and learn and have an appetite for and comfort with ambiguity * Understand commercial, competitive, technological, and strategic drivers and how they shape strategy * Are proficient in the development of portfolio value propositions * Can drive a cross-functional team to achieve material progress toward stated objectives #LI-JK4 What's in it For You?
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $114,520 - $212,680. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
