Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of office's operations and providing the optimum level of care. Assists with hiring and performance evaluations of staff and day-to-day operations. Supervises the office operations of the extended hours program. Serves as a mentor and resource to assist in meeting regulatory requirements. Provides cross coverage support for Practice Manager. Answers phone messages promptly. Assists staff in scheduling, pre-registration, deposit calculations, self-pay pricing and insurance verification. Serves as subject matter expert with current systems and processes within the department and interdepartmental. Specializes in and is completely familiar with any and all system applications by performing all tasks needed to meet department operation requirements and goals. Participates in identifying needs for process improvements and creating/enhancing processes. Maintains ongoing department training program in conjunction with leadership. Promotes positive teamwork within department and among employees. Provides cross coverage support for the manager/supervisor. Essential Functions
