About the Role:
  • Lead an SCMS operations team to achieve both individual and team targets, ensuring TD SYNNEX delivers the highest level of service to our customers professionally at all times.

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for the day to day management of an SCMS Operations team, in order to successfully provided specified deliverables to our customers.

  • Ensure the SCMS operations teams are working within any service level agreement as defined by TD SYNNEX and our customers and partners.

  • Drive performance within the team, by setting, measuring and managing against individual and team targets

  • Work with other departments to identify process improvements and help define, implement and deliver efficiency back to our customers and partners

  • Report team performance in to the sales management team and develop action plans where improvement is required

  • Identify training needs within the team to support customer specific processes, specialized product training knowledge or system knowledge on a continual basis.

  • Ensure the highest possible quality of service, and manage issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure early resolution

  • Maintain regular external contact with our customers and key contacts to ensure service levels are met

What We're Looking For:
  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experienceis required.

  • >1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employeesis required.

  • Required Education: Associate Degree

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • On-call availability required as necessary.
