We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and scheduling support for our recruitment team across U.S. locations.

This individual will play a key role in organizing interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and managing a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (must be flexible to occasionally work until 5:30pm)

Pay: $23.50/hr with room for growth

Work Model: (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office, preferably Mon-Wed or Tues-Thurs)

Day in the Life -



  • Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling logistics across multiple sites
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, travel coordination, preparing and sorting mail, ordering supplies, and arranging meetings
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates, handling sensitive information with professionalism
  • Research and respond to complex functional inquiries; act as a subject matter resource for the team
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal documentation, ensuring clarity, grammar, and formatting accuracy
  • Support quarterly career fairs and other key recruitment events, with occasional extended hours



Keys to Success -



  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, human resources, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-based scheduling tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and problem-solve
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
