Remote Role! Based in Raleigh NC with Travel Required

All About the Role:

The District Manager plays a critical role in driving profitable sales growth for Electrolux Major Appliances (EMA) by managing strategic relationships with customer merchant and support teams. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments, such as Operations, Finance, and Marketing, and the customer to ensure alignment on business goals, brand strategy, and execution. The primary focus is on increasing topline revenue, improving brand mix, and optimizing budget performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive topline growth and profitable brand mix

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and EMA Marketing to expand product assortment, with emphasis on new product introductions (NPI)

  • Design and manage promotional plans in coordination with the EMA Merchandising team to maximize ROI

  • Monitor and manage order execution, backorders, and lead times to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Analyze sales trends and performance data to create actionable plans that optimize results

  • Partner with Credit, AR, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely communication and documentation

  • Track execution of models on each store floor, advertising share (especially New Product Launches), and key performance metrics such as availability, delivery, reviews, and returns

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business

  • Ability to travel within assigned territory

  • Strong merchandising and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to close deals in B2B environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in the appliance, construction, or building materials industry
