All about the role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to manage category business operations across both New Product Introduction (NPI) and running business activities. This role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive growth, promote innovation, simplify complexity, and deliver cost performance. Key responsibilities include aligning category plans with broader business objectives, leading cross-functional collaboration, and strengthening supplier relationships to enhance value, quality, and sustainability. The role also oversees financial planning, productivity improvement initiatives, and value-based sourcing strategies, ensuring efficient project execution and risk mitigation. A data-driven mindset is essential, with a focus on market analysis, supplier performance, cost structures, and continuous improvement. What you'll do:
