OverviewThe Customer & Partner Engagement Manager (CPEM) is a strategic connector and trusted advisor, responsible for driving executive engagement, communications, and event support across the Professional Services organization. This role blends high-impact customer and partner interactions with operational excellence, ensuring the Regional Vice President (RVP) is fully prepared, engagements are meaningful, and organization-wide communications are clear and effective. ResponsibilitiesCommunications Draft and manage both internal and external RVP communications, including LinkedIn posts, press quotes, newsletters, and operating unit-specific updates. Edit and review executive briefings for clarity and impact. Serve as a resource for field teams, providing guidance on communications best practices and supporting flagship events. Executive Engagement Prepare and support the Regional Vice President for customer and partner meetings, including the creation of briefing documents, talking points, and follow-up communications. Assist sellers in engaging internal and external key stakeholders and facilitating executive sponsorships. Track and report on customer and partner engagement activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. Strategize and prioritize executive involvement in key accounts and events. Event Support Coordinate and support field events such as Ignite, Build, C-Series, AI Tours, and industry-specific conferences (e.g., Legal Week). Drive customer attendance and engagement at Microsoft events. Manage logistics, invitations, and executive preparation for major events and community calls. Program Analysis Conduct analysis on program initiatives, evaluate success metrics, and leverage analytics to examine performance, derive value, and identify risks and opportunities.
