Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team. Snowflake is seeking an Executive Principal Recruiter to drive Leadership recruiting for our engineering organization. The position requires a strategic mindset and deep expertise in technical recruiting to help shape the future of our engineering organization. The ideal candidate will create outcomes across the engineering organization by driving visibility, deep leader partnership, and strong candidate attraction and activation strategies. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our engineering organization, leading successful searches for critical engineering leadership talent and providing strategic guidance to hiring managers and executives. You'll also foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the recruiting team, while building and maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
