Description and Requirements The Strategic Planning & Budgeting Manager plays a critical role in driving financial discipline and operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and strategic alignment efforts in close partnership with Finance and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will ensure the organization's financial health and readiness through structured planning processes, annual financial planning process (STAMP) coordination, and proactive budget management. Responsibilities:
Success in this role depends on the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse teams. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a strategic mindset. Basic Qualifications:

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $110k - 142K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
