The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overall product fulfillment processes within the Regional Hub and Spoke operations to positively impact safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Essential Duties & Functions:

• Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across all departments.

  • Set strategic goals and KPIs for the distribution center.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Drive a continuous improvement and lean culture utilizing the ZEBS methodology.

  • Responsible for the development of facility budget and monthly forecast updates.

• Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping.

  • Ensure efficient layout and space utilization.

  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Optimize the receiving, storage, shipping and late point configuration process functions.

  • Execute to a performance driven culture with a focus on KPI's such as on-time delivery, inventory availability, line fulfillment and operational costs.

• Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage the distribution center's budget.

  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.

• Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

• Technology & Systems

  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.

  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Customer Service

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven history of customer satisfaction success both internally & externally

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
