BE PART OF THE CONNECTION: Spectrum is looking for a Manager of Workforce ManagementLong Term Sales Planning responsible for supporting the operational and staff planning needs of the Sales organization and provides integrated analysis of operational metrics. Responsible for managing the successful development and execution of data-driven operational reporting and data analysis. This role is On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day Hybrid. Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to work and model a high sense of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.
