Responsibilities MV Transportation is seeking aRoad Supervisor. The Road Supervisor will monitor street operations according to client, operations, and safety department requirements. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct site checks and road observations according to client and local policy. Document findings accordingly and provide necessary reports to project staff.
Qualifications Talent Requirements:
Starting pay rate: $25.46/hour Benefits are available to full time employees. Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for all qualified employees and their dependents) 1st day of the month after 60 days of service with the company. Teamsters Health Clinic while actively working Retirement Benefits: 401k with company match Personal Days Off: 2 days after completing 1 year, 3 days after 3 years, 4 days after completing 5 years of employment contingent upon appropriate attendance. Sick time: 40 hours of paid after 12 months of employment Jury Duty: Up to 5 paid days of jury duty service after 12 months of employment Bereavement Leave: up to 3 days for qualifying family members Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays Road Supervisor Vacation: Full-time Road Supervisors will be eligible for paid vacation: 6 months - 3 years will accrue 1.54 hours with an annual cap of forty (40) hours per calendar year. 3 - 4 years of service will accrue 3.08 hours with an annual cap of eighty (80) hours per calendar year. 4 or more years of service will accrue 4.62 hours per pay period and have an annual cap of one hundred-twenty (120) hours per calendar year.
