We are seeking a Senior Director, Technology Integration to play a crucial role in shaping our governance framework and implementing best practices for current/future integrations for DaVita International. As such, this role demands a seasoned IT leader with demonstrated ability to run a business at scale, on top of IT leadership experience deploying enterprise tools. This leader needs to have exceptional project management and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams. The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position, however, these are not exhaustive. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assess existing technologies and technology architectures and define approach for separation and integration in partnership with Seller throughout the transition period Provide expertise and guidance on new market entry technology considerations and address potential impact to functional team expectations on capabilities Develop Program and Project IT delivery schedules, identifying key milestone/contract deliverables that are aligned with interfacing programs/projects, dependencies and customers/suppliers Develop a recommendation on the appropriate future state IT architecture for an acquired business, in partnership with operational and clinical experts. Particular focuses on:
EMR and data strategy ERP system Evaluation of in-flight tools within the existing business to determine if they are fit for purpose for expansion to newly integrated markets (in particular, EMR) Ensuring that existing business tools (in particular, EMR) are fit for purpose for volume and functionality expansion and address gaps
Lead teams, accountable for the end-to-end delivery for information technology components of the integration/separation program and establishing the future state architecture Act as a liaison between business owners/project stakeholders, and integration project IT team, ensuring effective communication and understanding Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, identify improvement opportunities and manage project/product requirements Enhance or improve business processes via integration or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes Work with General Managers to establish and manage budget, structure team resources, and generate efficiencies in new markets Manage vendors and evaluate vendor partners/solutions for appropriate coverage and support within new markets Manage TSA contracts until completion Ensure operating model and infrastructure decisions throughout transition period are in full alignment with DaVita standards and IT strategy following International IT governance processes- functional accountability to DaVita International Senior Director, IT
Following are the qualifications and certifications associated for this job position. Some are required and others are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a IT leadership position
- Ability to grasp complex business requirements and processes and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to apply critical thinking in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in coordinating and facilitating problem solving, with demonstrated ability to define and accomplish objectives
- Broad working knowledge of IT systems and applications, contract agreements, and project management methodology
- Experience with both large-scale multinational corporations and smaller-scale start-up organizations preferred. International experience highly preferred
- Managerial experience and the capability to build highly effective teams and followership in both direct and matrix management support models

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

*Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

*Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt:
*Bellingham: $17.66/hour
*Burien: $21.16/hour
*Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
*Renton: $20.90/hour
*Seattle: $20.76/hour
*Tukwila: $21.10/hour
*Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
