Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Temp, Field Marketing Specialist and play a crucial role insupporting the Field Marketing Representative in engaging potential students. You willdeliver captivating information sessions about the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA)'s online healthcare programs, including undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, andcertificate levels. This fully remote position provides the unique advantage of working fromhome while also offering the enriching experience of participating in events throughoutcentral to southwest Texas.

A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:

• Organize and facilitate engaging information sessions, webinars, and emailcampaigns to promote online nursing degree programs.

• Represent the program at hospitals, healthcare facilities, and conferences,engaging with nurses and healthcare professionals.

• Provide detailed information and actionable next steps to help nurses advance theireducation and career goals.

What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

• A bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, education, healthcare, or a related field.

• This position offers the flexibility of remote work; residency in Texas is required, for those located in San Antonio or Austin.

• Strong, persuasive, and precise communication skills, along with a compellingpresence to effectively connect with nurses and healthcare leaders.

• A professional demeanor, energetic approach, positive attitude, punctuality, andhigh integrity are essential.

• Contract Details: This is a remote, part-time, 12-month contract position with variable hours, up to 29 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

• Requiring travel up to 75%, with minimalovernight stays.
