What this job involves - The Alarm Program Business Analyst is a key support position utilizing data and systems to improve alarm management and overall program strategy in support of our client. The Alarm Program Business Analyst will work with JLL leadership and business partners in support of the organization's strategic goals.

What is the day to day?

  • Data gathering and business rules around data pulls

  • Develop and generate reports out of various tools

  • Develop relationship diagrams and data dictionaries

  • Prepare performance data

  • Develop databases, excel analysis files and utilize queries and formulas

  • Develop tools for analysis

  • Automate data extraction

  • Facility management experience preferred

  • Update and maintain wireless and wired equipment monitoring infrastructure

  • Update and maintain PI, Topview, and SQL database configuration and data

  • Creating an Alarm Philosophy Document for site-wide implementation

  • Lowering Alarm Annunciations through analysis and troubleshooting

  • Interpret metrics and drive behaviors into the business

  • Create recommendations based in strategic goals

  • Other duties as assigned

Required

  • High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, accountability and ability to excel in a high-performance, deadline-driven and on demand team environment

  • Ability to work virtually with other colleagues across the portfolio

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to communicate using effective visual graphics

  • Logical thinker with good common sense, attention to detail and superior problem solving capabilities.

  • Process oriented approach with solution development skills

  • Flexible and resourceful.

  • Project management skill and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and across various Lines of Business

  • Exposure to Software Tools: MS Office, SQL Server, Google Suite

  • Experience with Google Docs and associated Google products.

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred

  • Programming skills a plus: SQL, Python

  • Bachelors preferably in CS, CIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance

Estimated total compensation for this position:

65,000.00 - 78,187.50 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
