Our client is looking for 1-2 UX/Product Designers to support the redesign and expansion of internal enterprise tools. These roles will focus on improving the user experience of data visualization platforms, as well as designing new tools for contract lifecycle management and software inventory tracking. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to define user journeys, front-end requirements, and visual reporting experiences that are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Role 1 - UX Designer: Expansion of Current Tooling Conduct front-end tooling assessments to evaluate current UX and identify areas for improvement. Design scalable and consistent visual reporting interfaces using tools like Power BI. Define user journeys and front-end requirements for MVP launches and future expansions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with evolving platform architecture. Contribute to a design system that can be extended across multiple internal tools. Role 2 - UX Designer: Contract & Software Inventory Tool Lead UX design for a new tool focused on contract lifecycle management and software inventory. Design interfaces that support cost impact analysis and vendor data gathering. Define user flows and interactions for potential chatbot integration to enhance user engagement. Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate design decisions. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience with contract lifecycle tools, vendor management systems, or procurement platforms. Familiarity with chatbot UX or conversational interface design. data-driven design or working with technical architecture teams. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
