*Description*
Day to day: review inventory, software, document, determine which bucket the title will go into, follow to closure, and move to the next software title. Tens of thousands of those. Once phase 1 is completed and the framework is laid, track governance, compliance, and renewals. Tools: ServiceNow Operational Support: * Maintain software inventory and license records using ServiceNow * Track software lifecycle from request to retirement, ensuring alignment with organizational policies. * Assist with onboarding, renewal, and offboarding processes for licensed software. Software Request & Approval Workflow: * Coordinate intake, routing, and documentation of software requests. * Ensure completion of necessary reviews (e.g., security, architecture, EULA/legal). * Monitor SLAs and follow up with request approvers and reviewers. Compliance & Governance: * Support audits and license compliance checks. * Identify and help remediate unauthorized or unlicensed software in the environment. * Work with governance teams to enforce policies and flag violations. Reporting & Analytics: * Generate reports on software usage, license allocation, compliance status, and cost-saving opportunities. * Provide data-driven insights to support renewals, vendor negotiations, and optimization efforts. Collaboration & Communication: * Liaise between IT, security, procurement, legal, and end-user departments. * Provide support and training to end-users on software request processes and compliance requirements. Qualifications: * 2-4 years of experience in software asset management, IT operations, or business analysis. * Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), SAM tools and asset lifecycle processes. * Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams. * Excellent communication and documentation skills *Skills* Servicenow, SAM Module, Workflow *Additional Skills & Qualifications* NA *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
