  • Scheduling divisional and regional Commercial Review Board meetings, coordinating with senior stakeholders and SMEs in region, and regional and global Commercial Executives where applicable, to ensure effective reviews.
  • Ensuring Commercial Review Board process and governance are followed consistent with the Global Policy. Where anomalies or new scenarios arise, work with the Commercial Operations leadership to resolve.
  • Verifying required data and documentation is in order and closing out approvals and actions as required by the global policy.
  • Confirming Commercial Review Board data is complete in support of quarterly and annual KPI reporting in collaboration with the Commercial Intelligence team.
  • Participating in wider Commercial team initiatives to enable benefit capture and reporting.

  • Successful candidates are likely to have 3-5 years of relevant business experience and a track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment.
  • Current knowledge of Work Dynamics business models, clients and geographies will be highly valuable but is not required.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential to actively addressing client and team requests throughout the day.
  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational ability is required to receive, assess, and address inquiries and follow-ups promptly.
