The Impact You Will Have The President of Coupe Health is a visionary leader responsible for steering the strategic direction and overall success of Coupe Health. This role demands a dynamic individual who can infuse innovation into every aspect of the organization, ensuring that Coupe Health, BCBSMN's Alternative Health Plan (AHP), not only supports growth and retention but also operates with exceptional efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing new sales, account management, marketing, information technology, and operational support, all aimed at exceeding client and member expectations. The President will drive the development and management of Coupe Health's products and services, ensuring they stand out in the marketplace. The President of Coupe Health is a pivotal executive role, ideal for a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in leadership, P&L management, strategy, and execution. This proven leader will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and overall success of Coupe Health, ensuring growth, retention, and exceptional operational efficiency. The president will be responsible for financial stability and sustainability of Coupe Health by managing budgets, expenses, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
