AMSOIL, a leader in synthetic lubricants and a favorite among performance enthusiasts, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Brand Management team. In this high-impact role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive growth in key markets, and elevate AMSOIL's presence through media, partnerships, and events like SEMA and PRI.

This is a remote, work-from-home position but may report to headquarters in Superior, WI on an as-needed basis.

Core Responsibilities:



  • Lead national media strategy and partnerships, developing and executing integrated campaigns that deliver results.
  • Manage key advertising and promotional efforts, from editorial coverage to press releases and brand storytelling.
  • Plan and execute industry-leading tradeshows such as SEMA and PRI, from strategic vision to flawless on-site execution.
  • Develop compelling full-funnel marketing strategies for B2B growth in target markets.
  • Own go-to-market plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Measure performance and ROI of campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on high-impact projects that drive AMSOIL's brand forward.



Position Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, marketing or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years of related marketing experience with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership
  • Effective decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, best practices and resources
  • Self-motivated person with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and shifting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • Available and eligible to travel up to 10% of time by plane and/or car



Preferred Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Experience working in B2B marketing landscape
  • Passion for and/or knowledge of enthusiast market
  • Media training
