Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of the products we distribute. You will work cross-functionally with vendor engineering, design, logistics, inventory management, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.

• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data.

• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Experience with tools like that help quantify the demand curve for a product.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.

• Experience in Industrial Supply.

• Familiarity with data analytics and A/B testing.

• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
