We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Inbound Customer Service Team-supporting business clients, not the general public. What You'll Be Doing: * Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and care. * Communicate account status updates clearly and professionally. * Collect and process payments to keep accounts current. * Investigate billing questions and resolve issues directly with customers. What You Bring: * 1-2 years of experience in billing or a call center (preferred, not required). * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a big plus. * Understanding of credit and collections processes is helpful. * Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. * High school diploma or GED required.
