Job Description Summary As an IT Operations Specialist, your primary role will be to provide technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, rack mounted server and storage devices and networked systems. You will ensure that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved. You must be able to troubleshoot and solve a range of datacenter infrastructure issues including, but not limited to, hardware copper and fiber related problems.
