This position is centered on enhancing equipment reliability through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You'll partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime, develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly support continuous improvement and plant efficiency.
