Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $21/hr.

Daily tasks:



  • Provide administrative support to customers and the Sales team, focusing on order processing and customer communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, maintaining strong and interactive relationships
  • Handle sales and customer calls, respond to emails, and forward inquiries to appropriate sales personnel
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry based on customer requirements using systems like EDI, ITrade, and Famous FIS
  • Send order confirmations and updates on behalf of the sales team through customer portals
  • Prepare internal sales reports for review and analysis
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned




Qualified candidates will have two years of customer service experience.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
