Overview: This employee will work the majority of their hours as a horse leader at our 2 barn locations but will be required to be in the clinic at least one 1/2 day a week to complete necessary paperwork and aide duties. In the offseason (Dec-March) they will be full time as an aide in the clinic. Hours: Mon-Thurs typically 830am-5/6 pm, depending on therapist schedule. Fri are 3-4 hours in the office during the barn season or however many hours they need to complete 40 hours for the week. Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
