DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Elections Analyst 1, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop training materials and instructional presentations, as well as facilitate informative training sessions with county election offices and Department of State personnel. You will be responsible for managing requests for support from county offices, voters, and department staff, and submitting support tickets as necessary. This professional also participates in pre-election and post-election testing and auditing, and maintains numerous databases to record and analyze data. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience evaluating public programs or information technology systems, and a bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, public policy, political science, or information technology; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
