The Customer Solutions Coordinator will manage the organizational and administrative responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Department. They are responsible for ensuring the continuous flow of work through the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for organizational requirements of the Department including order processing, work orders, scheduling, parts orders, Material accuracy, 5S Program, and purchasing duties.
  • Responsible for understanding the Department and how work funnels through to be received by the customer in support of their needs.
  • Coordinate all verified Continuous Improvement Projects/Initiatives throughout the Department.
  • Administrative duties as needed, including but not limited to: typing, making travel arrangements and itineraries, keeping the attendance database, filing and other interdepartmental support.
  • Assist in handling front end calls for the department (directing incoming and internal calls and pages) at a rapid rate with a professional demeanor.
  • Special projects to be assigned as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Demonstrates communications skills necessary to effectively interact with coworkers and outside contacts.
  • Working knowledge of PC operating systems and application software including MS Office.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • 2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to a Parts and/or Remanufacturing Department is a plus.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Office environment with occasional shop floor working environment. Noise level is minimal. Required to wear safety glasses and utilize other safety equipment as required while present on the shop floor. Some client visits may be required.
