Job Title: Document Administrator

Location(s): Beltsville, MD

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals that can support a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

They will be helping in the following areas:
1. Create Billing.

2. Create Requisitions for Subcontractors.

3. Track Subcontractor Certified Payroll.

4. Setting jobs to close.

5. Archive documents.

6. Schedule turnover meetings.

7. Support with Financial Plan Cost Adjustments.
Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and understand contract documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
