The National Sales Manager, Strategic Contractors - is responsible for leading the nationwide sales efforts of Watts Eng./Spec Products targeting National Contractors and Strategic entities to support the complete Watts family of brands. He/she will work in concert with the RSMs, BDMs, Manufacturer's Representatives, and specialized distribution channels. In addition, the NSM is charged with developing sales plans and strategies to meet corporate short-and long-term goals. The person in this role is the primary point of contact to our National Contracting partners and must build effective and sustainable business relationships.NSM, Strategic Contractors has Perimeter Leadership Responsibilities that include but are not limited to: NPD Research & VOC Coordination, Marquee Project Negotiations, Contract Management, Highlighting New Product Launches, Piloting Corporate Strategic Initiatives and Proof of Concept Opportunities, Portfolio Socialization (i.e., Bradley, LDS, Nexa), Coordinating Executive Top to Top Meetings at Watts Global Headquarters. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred (preferably in a technical discipline) MANAGEMENT: No direct reports, but manages Top 25 National MEP Contracting firms, and coordinates with RSM's, NSM's, and Manufacturing Representatives nationwide. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
