Hermitage Hall is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. has provided services to families for over 30 years. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for adolescents. Located southwest of downtown Nashville, off I-65 at the Wedgewood exit, away from the congestion of downtown Nashville, our team of over 130 high quality employees describe working here as family oriented, therapeutic, value clarifying. Our nurses, mental health assistants, psychiatrist, and therapist serve hundreds of adolescents annually, with the common goal of treating and healing trauma and building resiliency in adolescents.

The Executive Assistant position supports the Senior Vice President and broader leadership team. This role is a combination of the Executive Assistant function of high-level administrative support with additional support of Project Management and Coordination.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, & travel arrangements.
  • Take clear, actionable notes in leadership and cross-functional meetings.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track project deadlines, compile data and assist in project management tasks.
  • Lead planning & tracking of key initiatives in the Division.
  • Develop project scopes, goals, timelines & performance indicators.
  • Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and impact summaries for Divisional Leaders and support staff.
  • Identify project risks, coordinate resources & ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as project liaison between Divisional leaders, facility staff & additional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years Executive Assistant or related experience required, Healthcare EA experience preferred.
  • A working knowledge of behavioral health management preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong mix of analytical and administrative skills required.
