College of Veterinary Medicine seeks candidates for an Administrative Support Associate in the Pharmacy located inside
Bailey Small Animal Teaching Hospital
. This individual will be the initial point of contact for the pharmacy and provide assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and clients.

Essential Functions |
- Print, record, and file daily Rx totals
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Direct calls to appropriate people, places, and services
- Record data into Excel spreadsheets
- Cancel and credit Rx and/or send to business office
- Create labels for medication vials
- Accept payments for mailouts
- Scanning documents
- Keeping accurate calendar of daily fills
- Manage Teams channels

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications |
Level I: High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services. Degrees may substitute for years of experience.
Level II: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services. Degrees may substitute for years of experience. |
