*What You'll Do:* * *Own the details:* Perform precise data entry and validation to keep financial records accurate. * *Be the connection:* Initiate and coordinate third-party orders-including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certifications, and credit reviews. * *Ensure quality:* Review and validate loan documents, identifying and addressing discrepancies. * *Keep things moving:* Monitor work queues and step in when necessary to prevent bottlenecks. * *Support success:* Perform additional duties as needed to ensure a seamless lending process. * *Live our values:* Demonstrate behaviors that align with our organization's culture and mission. *What You Bring:* * *Expertise in financial services:* Experience in banking, mortgage operations, or loan processing. * *A customer-focused mindset:* Experience in customer service and administrative support. * *Tech-savvy skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with loan software (like Encompass). * *Regulatory knowledge:* Understanding of TRID rules and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. * *Bonus:* Loan closing, post-closing, funding, escrow assisting, or doc drawing experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
