At Impact Analytics, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. About the Role: We're looking for a unique, self-motivated, and results-driven team player who embodies our core values of integrity and humility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Radiation and Imaging (R&I) team, Senior Leadership, and other stakeholders to develop robust methodologies for ROI and program analyses.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of R&I operations and support the data needs of the Chief Radiation Oncology Officer and Radiation Oncology Leadership Council.

  • Master our data stack's capabilities to enhance analytics solutions.

  • Partner with the National Director of Medical Physics and Director of Medical Physics to manage data from Mosaiq and Aria EMRs.

  • Work cross-functionally to scale insights through improved systems and automation.

  • Balance innovation, maintenance, and sustainability in priority setting.

  • Utilize Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and more to uncover valuable data patterns and trends

  • Leverage our Databricks platform to extract and analyze critical data insights, empowering our diverse stakeholders with actionable information

  • Foster relationships with stakeholders beyond R&I to conduct methodological studies and disseminate results.

  • Proactively identify R&I initiatives and programs for in-depth analysis.

Who You Are: Our ideal candidate is a curious storyteller who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at leveraging data. Experience in radiation, imaging, and radiology is a plus, as the R&I team is your primary customer. You'll be the go-to data expert, connecting the dots for both customers and colleagues.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

BA/BS or equivalent.

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years in an analytics role.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages.

  • Strong background in data mining, analysis, and insights (within the Radiation and Imaging environment preferred.)

  • Expert in creating queries, writing reports, and presenting findings.

  • Ability to assess data analytics requests, understand their impact, and enhance the original request, including evaluating Tableau dashboard data elements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Radiation and Imaging Billing and Coding.

  • Advanced proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

  • Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

  • Understanding of the patient experience and data flow in radiation and imaging.

  • Experience with ARIA, MOSAIQ, and iKnowMed EHR systems.

  • Team player who thrives in an environment with competing priorities.

  • Effective communicator and expectation manager.

  • Natural problem solver who can swiftly navigate complex data issues.

  • Skilled at presenting findings and key takeaways clearly and concisely.

  • Quick thinker, able to respond to challenging questions.

  • Passionate about sharing knowledge with others.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$89,000 - $148,400
