In the role of Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the CEO, COO, and AVP, Finance of Medical College Physicians (MCP). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities that improve patient care and organizational performance. Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Duties include diligent management of dynamic calendars, initiating correspondence and providing requested data to leadership workgroups, analyze data, prepare final reports, manage special projects, and provide leadership as necessary. Work with team to process financial transactions for the designated cost centers. Serve as liaison to both internal and external customers. Position requires coordination of a variety of activities simultaneously. Expected to function independently of direct supervision and exercise sound judgment in handling confidential information with senior management and senior medical officers. Primary Responsibilities
